Marketing Associate

We are seeking a Marketing Associate to join our team. This is a full-time position. The work
site is 21188 Beach Blvd., Huntington Beach, CA 92648.

JOB DUTIES:

Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape,
and work with the management team to develop comprehensive marketing plan and set
marketing goal and objectives; Create and manage content for social media, email newsletters,
blogs, and the company website, and develop promotional materials such as brochures, flyers
and digital ads; Implement and manage digital marketing campaigns, including graphic design,
video editing, and managing Google and Meta advertising campaigns; Plan and execute
promotional events and workshops to increase brand awareness, and coordinate with external
vendors and partners for event logistics; Develop and maintain relationships with clients through
personalized communication and loyalty programs, and respond to customer inquiries and
feedback on various platforms; Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities,
providing regular updates to the management team, and analyze data to identify areas for
improvement and optimize marketing efforts.

REQUIREMENT:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, Media Studies or related field

 

COMPENSATION:

The base pay range for this position is USD $55,000.00--$58,000.00 per year.
